The Taff was once a dead river, seen only as a convenient way to dispose of industrial waste. Now it is one of the finest mixed fishing rivers in Britain and is a place of peace and calm for anglers and many others who want to escape to the wild in the middle of a busy city. Like many rivers, it is now under increasing threat from climate change and pollution. We all have a responsibility to ensure that our precious rivers do not die again.
