Hook: Partridge CS15 #2
Thread: White
Tag: Flat gold tinsel
Tail: Golden pheasant crest curving downward
Body: Flat gold tinsel
Belly: White, black and orange bucktail
Throat: Orange hackle fibers
Wing: 2 orange hackles flanked by silver pheasant two-tone feather
Shoulder: Jungle cock spear
Eyes: Jungle cock
Head: Black
Notes: Bob ties many of his creations based around a particular theme or material. In this case, Bob used the duo-toned black and white feather from a silver pheasant as his starting point. The feathers can be found in small numbers on full pelts of silver pheasants, and you may be lucky to find 3-6 matched pairs on a skin. The streamer also uses another scare feather, the spear feather from the jungle cock. The result is a beautifully crafted streamer and something exquisite to behold.
